Frosty Walker

With over 25 years of cybersecurity experience in both the private and public sectors, Frosty has worked with large corporations, business units, state and local governments. Most recently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for the Texas Education Agency for schools K – 12.  In 2017, Frosty was appointed to the Texas Cybersecurity Council for the state of Texas. He served on the Texas State Information Security Advisory Council for over 8 years. Frosty holds CISSP certification #495375, ITIL certification # GR750218549FW, and is a certified Incident Response Instructor for Software Engineering Institute (SEI)/Carnegie Mellon to compliment his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.

Jorge Conde-Berrocal

A graduate of The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Jorge Conde-Berrocal has over two decades of cross disciplined experience managing the world’s largest Security Service providers such as IBM. Most recently having been a Contracted CISO for Cognizant managing a Connecticut based Insurance company. Having obtained his CISSP and MBA, his passion for the business of security and his unique understanding of the challenges faced by security leaders inspired the founding of V3 Cybersecurity, Inc.
